I painted this painting called Newfoundland Geology after being inspired by a recent trip to Newfoundland. In that place Pangea broke apart and plate tectonics was proved. Rocks from different eons are squeezed together in jumbled strata, each with their tell tale rocks. I found it very fascinating.
